Terms and Conditions.
Welcome to The Hellers e-commerce store terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

How to make an order
To place an order, click on the Shop link, choose a category and then item. A pop-up window will appear; decide upon a size and click on the "add to shopping cart" link. To checkout, either click on the shopping cart link in the pop-up window or on the top bar in the main window. All orders are made through PayPal; you can use either your PayPal account or a credit card to purchase items. For more information on PayPal, please see their website, www.paypal.com. You will receive a confirmation email upon our receipt of payment. Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders and return payments due to availability.

Shipping Information
All items ship directly from The Hellers in Israel. Items sent within Israel will be charged a $10 shipping fee; all international orders are charged a $20 shipping fee. Items are all shipped through registered express mail (E.M.S.) from Israel to ensure the safest and timeliest passage. All items should arrive within 1-4 weeks. Please be aware, due to overseas shipping, delays may occur that are out of our control. Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties incurred upon arrival.

Returns Policies
We guarantee to refund / or exchange any item that you are not completely happy with if returned in salable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. Money refunded will not include shipping costs, unless there was something wrong with the item.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way (ripped, torn, stained, washed) cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Items purchased in the online store cannot be returned or exchanged to any retail location selling items by The Hellers.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags intact.

Once received and it has been established that the merchandise is returned in the same condition it was shipped, you will be issued a credit to your PayPal account. If we are at fault for sending wrong or defective merchandise a full refund will be arranged.

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Cancellations
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. If the items have been already shipped, we expect you to return the items in the condition it wash shipped (unworn, unlaundered, with tags intact). Your funds will be reimbursed once we have received the items. If you cancel your purchase, but do not return the goods, we reserve the right to withold your reimbursement until we receive the items.

If you wish to cancel your order:

Notify us by email to info@wearethehellers.com, and, if goods have already been dispatched, return them to The Hellers as stated above.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Security
The Heller's e-commerce site is built through Shopify. The following is their security policy: Every Shopify store has an industry standard 128 Bit SSL encrypted checkout to protect private data. Shopify ensures that your customers' information and your order data is hidden from prying eyes both during and after transactions.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns. We, at The Hellers respect and seek to protect your privacy. Our website uses leading encryption technology on our secure server (SSL) to help ensure the information you provide will not be accessed by others, misused or lost. In addition, we will never provide our customer information to any third party.

In order to fulfill orders, we will collect the following information: your name, email, and shipping address. All purchases are made through PayPal; as a result we are not privy to your credit card information or the contents of your PayPal account.

If you so choose, your email address will be added to our mailing list to receive newsletters or information on future sales. Should you at any point want to opt out, plese select the unsubscribe link available at the bottom of each email.
